The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Louisiana announced Thursday, April 23 that Michael Mayence, 54, has been charged with illegally possessing a firearm while being under a domestic violence injunction. Mayence faces up to 15 years in federal prison for this charge, officials say.
